1. How to Check your Participation?

Visit the event page:

- Select "MY REWARDS" and log in using the account you used during the event.
- You can view any unused draws and the rewards you previously obtained.

Note: If you participated but see no rewards, it may be due to a different login method than the one originally used.

2. Reward Distribution Schedule

To ensure that rewards are issued correctly, please link the event participation account to your current in-game character account by December 14 (UTC).
Rewards will then be delivered to you via the in-game mailbox.

Rewards will begin distribution in batches after December 20 (UTC).

3. Can't Link your Event Account?

If you have already linked your game character to a different email and are unable to link your event account. You can contact customer support for assistance.
Please email wherewindsmeet@global.netease.com
with the following information:
- The email used for event participation
- A screenshot of the event page or a record of your obtained rewards

Our team will verify your information and follow up via email.
