Q: Will you support cross-progression for Mobile to PC?

A: Yes, Where Winds Meet Mobile supports cross-progression and cross-play, allowing for seamless access to character data, game progress, and purchases. However, please note that Wanderers who have already played on PC or console must link their mobile account BEFORE creating a character on mobile or log in using their current account. You will NOT be able to link your accounts if both accounts have existing character data.

Q: Will the mobile content experience differ from PC?

A: Our goal for the mobile experience is to deliver shared brilliance across different devices.

While preserving the authentic wuxia experience, the mobile team has made specific control optimizations and default setting adjustments tailored to the more portable and casual nature of mobile devices. For example, to provide a smoother onboarding experience, we've made the following adjustments regarding difficulty settings:

1. We understand there are differences in controls and skill ceilings between PC and mobile combat systems. To offer a better introduction to combat, new characters created on mobile can initially select only the Story or Recommended difficulty. After wanderers get acquainted with the basics and reach Lv. 30, the Expert difficulty will become available.

2. If you wish to experience the current highest difficulty, "Legend," we recommend trying it first by creating an account on PC. Characters at the "Legend" difficulty created on PC will retain their status when you log in on mobile.

3. To help new wanderers learn the combat mechanics faster, "Assist Deflection" will be turned on by default for new mobile characters. You can turn this off in the [Settings].

4. Mobile skill key layouts are currently not customizable. Custom key settings will be unlocked in a future update, along with more advanced mobile control options.

Finally, please understand that performance optimization for the portable mobile version is still ongoing and not yet perfect.

For instance, the real-time rendering of some cutscenes on mobile may exceed the performance limits of certain device models. To ensure overall game stability, we have temporarily replaced some real-time rendered cutscenes with video playback.

This may result in additional mobile data usage. We are committed to accelerating our optimization efforts and will continue to improve under the community's guidance and oversight
