Pre-downloads begin on November 12 at 10PM UTC

At launch, the official launcher provides one download package—the Standard Package (requires 100 GB of storage). A Quick Package (requires 60 GB of storage) and an Ultimate Package (size TBD) will also be made available on the official launcher at a later time. The Quick and Ultimate Packages will be exclusively available through the official launcher, while the Steam, Epic Games, and PlayStation stores will provide one download option: the Standard Package.

After the launcher download is complete, open the file to begin installing the launcher. If the file doesn't pop up automatically after download, try clicking the [Downloads] button in the upper right corner of your browser to find the file. 

For the best experience, we recommend installing the game on an SSD.

*Please note: The launcher installation path must be in the system language or English. If your computer is set to Japanese, please use either Japanese or English for the installation path. Using other languages will cause errors.

*If your device does not meet the minimum system requirements, installation will not be possible.

1. How much space should I reserve for the download?

To ensure a smooth installation, please select the appropriate package based on your needs:

- Standard Package: Reserve over 100 GB of space.

- Quick Package (Not available at launch): Reserve over 60 GB of space.

- Ultimate Package(Not available at launch): Details will be provided later.

For optimal performance, we recommend installing the game on a Solid State Drive (SSD) rather than a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), as this will provide a better gaming experience. Additionally, download speeds may be slower if you try to install on an HDD.

2. I participated in a previous test. Can I use the old launcher directly?

To ensure the best experience, please uninstall any previous launcher versions and download the new one.

3. The launcher doesn't respond when clicked. What should I do?

Try launching the game by clicking the .exe file in the game directory. If the issue persists, we recommend reinstalling the launcher.

4. I receive the message: "This version of the file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running." What does this mean?

Please check if your Windows system meets the game's supported requirements (refer to the Recommended Specs). If your device's performance is low, you may encounter issues such as installation failures, inability to start the game, black screens, or lag.
