Violations include cheating, speed hacks, macros, and other actions that disrupt fair play. Penalties are applied case by case and may include leaderboard removal, gameplay restrictions, or temporary/permanent bans.

We have identified an issue where accounts created using unauthorized third-party software may fail to complete character creation. In such cases, the account is flagged and suspended before the character is successfully created, and the username is automatically reset to "江**".
