We're excited to invite a small group of wanderers to join the Where Winds Meet dev team for an in-person community meetup in downtown San Francisco following GDC 2026.
Come meet fellow players, connect directly with the dev team, and take part in focused conversations around the Hexi update and the future of jianghu. Attendees will also receive early previews of upcoming content, enjoy light activities, and have a chance to win in-game rewards and exclusive merchandise.

About the Meetup
Selected wanderers are invited to a closed-door community meetup in San Francisco, hosted by the Where Winds Meet dev team. This will be an off-record session. Photography and recording by attendees are not permitted. Official photography may take place. By attending, you consent to official photography and video recording.
This afternoon gathering is designed to bring core players together for focused discussions around the Hexi update and key topics players care about most. You'll get early insights into upcoming content, take part in casual icebreakers, and have the chance to chat directly with the dev team, and possibly local KOLs joining on-site. We'll also be hosting a small giveaway with fun in-game and physical prizes to thank everyone for coming. Refreshments and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.

Who Can Attend
To be eligible, participants must:
-Be located in or traveling to San Francisco on March 13
-Have an active Where Winds Meet account
-Be at least 18 years of age
-Present a valid photo ID (state ID, driver's license, or passport) at check-in
Only players who are successfully selected through the registration process will be able to attend. Registration is non-transferable.

Sign-up window: Wednesday, February 25 – Sunday, March 1 (PDT)
During registration, you'll be asked to provide:
-Your in-game character name/Game ID
-Agreement to event terms and conditions
Once submitted, attendee information cannot be changed.
Selection & Confirmation
-After the sign-up period ends, attendees will be selected via random draw.
-Selected participants will receive a confirmation email linked to their account. Please make sure your contact information is up to date.
-As the meetup includes early previews of upcoming content, selected participants will be asked to sign a brief NDA before attending.
-Unselected players will not receive a notification.
